The first few days of this week it rained. A lot. The most we've had in one day in over 100 years. Even Molly's (not-so) secret hideaways in the garden were soggy and so she became my little black shadow. Yesterday however, the sun was shining once more, the grass was freshly mowed and we could roll around and play. And watch bugs...

my shadow

It's funny though, with this heat, you only need a couple of really stinking hot sunny days after the rain for all the plants to wilt again, screaming out for a water. A gentle storm each evening would be just perfect I think! A-M xx
